How to Remove Synthesizer
When it comes to music production, isolating specific parts of a song or video can be crucial to achieving the desired sound or effect. One such part that often requires separation is the synthesizer stem. There are several reasons why someone may want to extract or remove a synthesizer stem from a song or video, each with its own unique benefits.
For those looking to create a professional-sounding production, synth stem removal helps eliminate the distracting sound and create a cleaner, more focused mix.
For those looking to create a remix or cover of a popular song, synth stem separation helps create custom instrumentals for their own music projects, adding a unique touch to their sound.
For those looking to add a dramatic or emotional effect to their music or video, synth stem splitting helps create a more powerful and impactful experience for the listener or viewer.
No matter what your goal is, with LALAL.AI you can extract a synthesizer track out of any song or video. Follow the simple steps below to start splitting.
- Open LALAL.AI in your browser. It’s also available as a desktop and mobile application.
- Click the Vocal and Instrumental button. It will open the Stem Separation Types list.
- Select the Synthesizer option in the drop-down list.
- Click Select Files to upload your audio or video file. The service supports MP3, OGG, WAV, FLAC, AVI, MP4, MKV, AIFF, and AAC formats.
- Play the previews of two stems – one containing the synth track, the other with the rest of the music.
- (This step applies only to premium users) Select the output format. If you want to get the results in the same format as the file you uploaded, skip this step.
- Split the track in full. Below the preview section, select either Starter (Free) or one of the paid packs.
- Sign up and click the Split in Full button.
- Get your synth and synth-free tracks. The resulting files will be available in the same format as the file you originally uploaded, unless you performed the sixth step.
Proceed to the next step if you like what you hear. If you don’t, upload another version of your track or try another one.
If you want to export the results in another format, click the arrow on the Split in Full button and pick a format from the drop-down list.
If you’ve selected the Starter pack, you will be able to listen to the entire tracks online.
If you’ve selected one of the paid packs, you will be able to listen and download the full tracks. The download links are also going to be sent to the email you’ve signed up with.
