Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made for LALAL.AI services (“Service”) provided by OmniSale GMBH (“OmniSale”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service available at www.lalal.ai/terms-and-conditions.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1. As stated in our Terms of Service, all amounts you pay to us are generally non-refundable, including any balances that may remain in your account and any prepaid fees, except as expressly provided in this Policy or as required by applicable law.
1.2. We provide free previews and trials to allow you to fully evaluate our AI-powered audio processing service before making a purchase decision. The audio processing quality on free and paid versions is identical. We strongly recommend using the free version before purchasing any package to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and functionality of the Service.
1.3. Once a package code is activated and minutes/credits are used, refunds are generally not available, as it is not possible for you to return the digital service that has already been provided.
2. When Refunds may be granted
2.1. We may provide a full or partial refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors. You consistently encounter a technical error that prevents you from using the Service properly, and our development team is unable to resolve the issue within 30 days after being provided with all requested information (including screenshots of error messages, file samples, system information, and any other diagnostic data requested by our support team).
- Duplicate Purchase. You accidentally purchased the same package more than once, and no minutes/credits were used from the duplicate package(s).
- Payment Processing Errors. You were charged incorrectly due to a payment processing error (e.g., charged twice for a single purchase, charged for a cancelled subscription that was cancelled before the renewal date).
2.2. The circumstances listed above do not create an automatic entitlement to a refund. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.
3. When Refunds will not be granted
3.1. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following circumstances:
- You decide to cancel your purchase without providing specific reasons, or simply change your mind after using the Service.
- You claim to expect features, quality levels, or functionality that were never stated or promised on our website or in our Terms of Service.
- You are dissatisfied with the quality of the Output when that quality matches the quality shown in the preview. Processing a file in full constitutes agreement with the quality provided in the preview.
- You have already used a portion of the minutes/credits from your purchased package.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policies.
- You fail to provide requested information or cooperation needed to investigate your refund request (such as screenshots, file samples, or other diagnostic information).
4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
4.1. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at support@lalal.ai within 14 days of your purchase and before activating your Plan.
4.2. By initiating the Service (e.g., uploading a file for processing, activating a package code, or purchasing a credit package for immediate use), you expressly request that the Service begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
5. Recurring Subscriptions
5.1. You may cancel your recurring Subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the paid features of the Service until that date.
5.2. We do not provide refunds for fees already paid for the current billing period or unused prepaid minutes, unless required by applicable law.
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1. Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at support@lalal.ai. We value user feedback, and respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. Many issues can be quickly resolved by our support team without the need for a refund.
6.2. If you wish to request a refund after contacting support, please send an email to support@lalal.ai with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, file samples, etc.)
6.3. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you disagree with our decision on your refund request, you have the right to contact your bank or payment provider and initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in accordance with your payment provider’s procedures.
